Quilter Supporting the RHA
QuilterThe RHA is delighted to announce that, in January 2010, Quilter became our most recent Sponsorship Partner and has kindly agreed to sponsor the RHA newsletter for 2010. Its funds will go towards the cost of design, layout and printing of the Academy newsletter.

Quilter is a specialist in bespoke investment management services. With approximately €6.9bn in funds under management*, clients include private clients, charities, trustees, pension funds, corporate bodies and life companies. The company employs more than 300 staff based in 10 offices in Ireland, the UK and Jersey.

Quilter has been operating in Ireland since 2003 and has been quietly building its presence in the local area with its team of eight Dublin-based investment managers. Having local presence and knowledge is a very important part of the personal attention they provide for their clients. Being a neighbour to the gallery (its office is based on Lower Pembroke Street) the RHA was delighted to have the opportunity to devise a range of events for Quilter.

During 2010, we greatly look forward to welcoming the staff and guests of Quilter to:

March: A children's art day, based on Mirror Mirror, UL Self-Portrait Collection exhibition in the Dr. Tony Ryan Gallery.

June: A private viewing of the 180th Annual Exhibition with RHA Director, Patrick T Murphy

October: Halloween mask making workshop in the RHA studios.

November: A private talk and tour, RHA Director Patrick T Murphy in discussion with exhibiting artist Janet Mullarney.

Quilter's support of the RHA is greatly appreciated by the Academy. We look forward to welcoming you to the gallery throughout 2010.
